This notice explains the personal data handled through mixofeed.com and the protected demo services, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention criteria and your rights under an EU GDPR baseline.

Controller and contact

MixoFeed Yazılım Hizmetleri is the controller for the website processing described here. Privacy and data-subject requests can be sent to info@mixofeed.com; the telephone contact is +90 545 649 6510.

Categories of personal data

Data minimisation applies. The site does not ask for special-category data when it is not required for a demo or contact request.

Demo request: full name, company, email or phone, preferred language and an optional description of need.
Protected demo: assigned username, a one-way password hash, short session, download and device counters, and an opaque demo-area code.
Security: Turnstile verification data, connection/IP information or derived technical records used to prevent misuse.
Preference: a first-party language cookie used to remember the selected site language.
External communication: content you submit when you choose to start a WhatsApp or email conversation.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer demo requests, take steps at your request before a contract, provide the demo account and authorised download, protect service security, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

GDPR Article 6(1)(b): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of requested demo access.
GDPR Article 6(1)(f): legitimate interests in request management, service security and prevention of misuse, balanced against your rights.
GDPR Article 6(1)(c): compliance with an applicable legal obligation.
Consent under Article 6(1)(a) is used only for a separate purpose where no other legal basis applies; it is not bundled into necessary service access.

Recipients, processors and international transfers

Data may be shared with technical providers only to the extent required for the stated purpose. Where processing occurs outside the EEA or Türkiye, the specific GDPR Chapter V or KVKK Article 9 transfer mechanism and provider safeguards are verified against the service region and contracts actually in use. This notice does not represent that an unverified adequacy decision or standard contractual arrangement is in force; current mechanism and safeguard information may be requested at info@mixofeed.com.

Resend: delivery of demo-request and first-activation transactional messages to info@mixofeed.com.
Cloudflare Turnstile: bot verification; Cloudflare D1: demo-account and short-session records.
Google Cloud: short-lived control operations for authorised download and demo routing.
WhatsApp: only when you select the link and initiate communication, under its own terms.
Public authorities: only where a binding legal duty or valid official request applies.

Retention periods and deletion criteria

Retention criteria are set for each data set by considering completion of the request, the end of the demo relationship, security needs, potential claims and statutory duties. Expiry of a browser cookie does not mean that server-side account and security records are automatically erased at the same time. Erasure, destruction or anonymisation is applied through the relevant retention schedule and authorised closure or maintenance process.

The language preference is retained for up to 1 year.
The demo-session cookie lasts approximately 1 hour.
The demo request is not copied into the site database; it is delivered as a transactional email and remains in the mail system according to the recipient account settings and applicable duties.
Demo accounts are time-limited; session, device, usage, grant and security records are handled through account closure, security-review and maintenance procedures.
A relevant record may be preserved only for the necessary period where a legal request, security incident or dispute exists.

Your GDPR rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and information about recipients; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent for future processing; and object to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Send a request to info@mixofeed.com with enough information to verify identity and understand the request.
Additional verification may be requested to prevent disclosure to the wrong person.
Responses are provided without undue delay and normally within one month; lawful extensions are explained.
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The controller is established in Türkiye; local mandatory rights may also apply.

Cookies, security and automated decisions

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookie is used. Technical tools support language preference, short demo sessions and form security. The resulting data is not used for profiling or for a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookie names, purposes, duration and deletion effects are listed in the separate Cookie Notice.
The demo password and download route token are not written to browser storage.
Server-side secrets are not delivered to users or disclosed in error messages.
If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, it will remain disabled until the required consent is given.
