Is MixoFeed a premix production and formulation program?
Yes. It is designed to manage ingredients, weights, units, active components, costing, labels, quotations and work-order preparation for premix formulas from the same record. It also supports complementary feed workflows.
Do all six product groups have the same software scope?
No. Powder and liquid product flows and complementary-feed capabilities are strongly defined. Granular, pellet and complementary mineral feed scope is validated separately against the real operation; unverified process automation is not claimed.
Can MixoFeed connect to production automation?
Yes, as a customer project. We review data fields, permissions and control steps before building and testing suitable data exchange. Machine and line controls remain in your existing automation system.
Does MixoFeed automatically optimise formulas?
MixoFeed organises formula preparation, calculation, checks, costing and output processes. It does not generate a lowest-cost formula automatically.
How is an AI-supported feeding report prepared?
Formula reports, feeding information supplied by your operation and the literature sources you select are reviewed together. The report presents findings, source context, uncertainty and items that require specialist review.
Does it connect to an ERP or production system immediately?
The connection is not universal or ready-made. Your system is reviewed first; the required fields and permissions are defined before a customer-specific connection is built and tested.
How does the cloud application work?
MixoFeed combines a Windows application with a customer-specific cloud workspace. Access to information is set according to each user's role.
